What are the consequences of wrong breathing?

If we don’t breathe properly while sleeping, the brain isn’t getting enough oxygen. We will not be able to sleep deeply because of this. In fact, you can wake up tired because of incorrect breathing during your sleep.

In addition to this feeling of weakness, you will also suffer from a headache in the morning. Sometimes this can last until the afternoon or evening. It is the digestive system’s job to separate the nutritious components from the non-nutritive. If you don’t breathe correctly, this system will not perform properly. That’s because it has to work with blood that’s already in a bad state.

This effect will make you more likely to develop a hiatal rupture, aerophagia, or chronic gastritis.
