  • Soak the oats  in two liters of water for  12 hours.
  • After the indicated time, sieve the soaked oatmeal and put it in a blender along with the cinnamon.
  • Then add water little by little to make it liquid, until you get a nice smooth drink.
  • Finally, add the remaining water to the shake.
