1. Dandruff remedy with aloe vera and lemon

This simple remedy is certainly one of the most effective. However, remember that in  order for the dandruff to disappear from your scalp completely, you need to be consistent with the treatment. Read below  how aloe vera and lemon can help you:

  • Aloe vera contains anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties, which is great for getting rid of dandruff. To do this, take a tablespoon of the aloe vera gel. That is the transparent paste that is on the inside of the plant. 20 grams of this gel is sufficient.
  • Once you have this ready, massage it into your dry hair. Try applying it to your scalp so that your whole head is moistened by the gel.
  • Be a little patient and let it sit for fifteen minutes.
  • Then wash your hair as you usually do, with mild shampoo.
  • Rinse it out and then massage  the juice of a lemon into your hair.

2. Avocado and Rosemary Infusion Against Dandruff

Do you have avocados at home? Great, because now all you need to do is add two sprigs of rosemary to get a super effective solution for that pesky dandruff. Avocado is a great moisturizer and is rich in essential oils to treat your scalp in a healthy way.

When combined with rosemary, it creates an ideal treatment for eliminating bacteria, reducing inflammation and regulating the production of the yeast called “malassezia”, which causes the excessive production of dandruff. Follow the following steps:

  • Remove the flesh from half an avocado. Put it in a bowl and make a paste with the help of a spoon.
  • Make the rosemary infusion. Boil 200 ml of water and add two sprigs of rosemary. When it boils, let it stand and then mix it with the avocado cream.
  • Try to make a cream that is well mixed.
  • Now apply it to dry hair.  Massage your hair for fifteen minutes, so that the cream is evenly distributed over your scalp.
  • Then rinse with warm water and wash your hair as normal with a mild shampoo or good conditioner.

3. Dandruff Remedy With Baking Soda

In this case, you should do this baking soda treatment once a week. It dries out your hair slightly and it is best not to use it more often.

  • Now add a tablespoon of baking soda (20 grams)  to a glass of water. Stir well and then apply it little by little to your hair.
  • Massage it in well so that the baking soda can penetrate your scalp well. Very easy!
  • Now rinse your hair as normal and wash it with a good conditioner. If you are consistent, you will be able to say goodbye to dandruff within a month.

4. Anti-dandruff infusion with white vinegar and mint

  • The first thing to do is to dilute a tablespoon of white vinegar (20 ml) in a glass of water.
  • Warm up this mixture and add five mint leaves. Make an infusion and let it steep.
  • Once warm, apply to wet hair with a massage, as with the options above.
  • When it has set in properly, wash your hair as normal. Simple, right?
