- 80g uncooked spaghetti in 5cm strips (1 cup)
- 750 g frozen broccoli with three cheeses (one bag)
- 62 ml milk (1/4 cup)
- 200 g cooked ham, diced (1 cup)
- 500 ml Alfredo sauce (2 cups)
- 60 g drained red pepper (4 tablespoons)
- 20 g ground Parmesan cheese (1 tablespoon)
Preparation method
- First preheat the oven to 175°C.
- Prepare the spaghetti as directed on the package.
- Cook the frozen broccoli according to the manufacturer’s directions.
- In a large baking dish, mix the cooked broccoli, ham, milk, Alfredo sauce and peppers.
- Then add the cooked spaghetti. Mix gently and then cover the baking dish with the lid.
- Then place the baking dish in the oven and let stand for 35 minutes.
