  • 200 grams tofu, cubed and drained

  • 4 or 5 tablespoons olive oil
  • Honey
  • Thyme
  • Oregano

Preparation

  • To start, make the marinade by placing the oil and garlic in a bowl and adding the honey, thyme, oregano, salt and pepper. Mix everything well.

Preparation
